I have had this problem for awhile, so I decided to get a new noise-cancelling HyperX Cloud II to replace my old cheap headset. The problem is still there, everyone can hear what music I'm listening to, what game I'm playing, or what YouTube video I'm watching. Stereo mix is disabled.
