It seems like they learned their lesson from last time to not have a straight-up science focused civilization.Science was by far the most important thing to prioritize in V, and the civilizations that focused on it (Babylon, Korea, Maya) were among the best.It looks like science has been deemphasized, so I think a balanced science civ could be possible. I think a Monty/Gorgo-esque science on kills ability would be neat and would force you to be active instead of just chilling and getting endless beakers with Korea and Babylon.
